Jamaica Wedding Requirements

• Proof of citizenship – certified copy of birth certificate, including father’s name
• Parent’s written consent if under 21 years of age
• Proof of divorce if applicable (original certificate of divorce)
• Certified copy of death certificate for widow or widower
• Applicants’ full names and occupations, marital status (single, divorced, widowed), date and time of wedding, father’s full names, name of the location where the ceremony will be held and proposed length of stay in Jamaica.
• State issued birth certificate
• All pages of the court certificate final divorce decree
• Legal name changes or legal adoption paper, if applicable
• State issued death certificate s with related marriage certificate
