Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All that is required to confirm your reservation is a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount. The balance is due and MUST be paid at least 60 days prior to guests’ arrival. Reservations for travel during December 19th through January 07th (Peak Season) will require a cash deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount.For Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to guests’ arrival, we will refund all deposits less 20% cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND for reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to guests’ arrival and during the period of December 19th through January 07th (Peak Season).
For Last Minute Bookings, defined as bookings received LESS THAN 60 DAYS prior to guests’ arrival, any cancellations requested are subject to a NO REFUND policy, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in a confirmation e-mail from a Villa Rococo representative.
Property damage deposit of US$1000 is required to ‘SEAL THE DEAL’ and will promptly be refunded within a 7 days period of guests’ departure if no damage is done to the property during stay. In the event that the property or any of its contents are damaged, broken, misplaced or lost during guests’ stay the valued amount will be deducted from the damage deposit received and the balance returned, IF ANY.
Additional Guest
US$30 nightly per adultIn additional to housing 10 guests comfortably the villa can also accommodate 4 additional people with the use of extra bedding. Each person 18 years and older and exceeding 10 people in total will attract a nightly surcharge of US$30. If the additional guest is a child younger than 18, but older than 12, the nightly rate is US$15, children under 12 years stay free. If the child is in the party of 2 (one adult and one child) she/he is already included in the double occupancy rate.
Staff Incentive
Staff incentives also referred to as employee’s gratuities serve as a motivational method to encourage our staff to consistently demonstrate superior services and professionalism at all times when dealing with our guests. Staff incentive is calculated at 10% of the total reservation amount during the Peak Season (Dec 14 – Apr 14) and 15% during the Low Season (Apr 15 – Dec 13). This is mandatory to all renters and maybe prepaid or paid directly to the staff upon guests’ departure.Payment Options
Payments will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. We also accept Agency check, Money order, Cashier’s check, Cash payments, Bank deposits and wire transfers.
